a brief history

TrainerVickk is a Marine Corps veteran whose passion is to help others and goal is to change lives to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.

His vision began by holding mini sessions at the Roosevelt Bridge with only 4 clients. It was than were he realized his passion and moved into a gym and worked nonstop on the clock to commit to motivating and helping people reach their goals.

His online following has risen from only 10 followers to nearly 30,000 since his trainings and has even gotten shouted out by Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler!

TrainerVickk works with the community to promote a healthier life and to motivate/ inspire those who want to become fit.

forging ahead

In 2014 he made history of being the creator of the National Month of Fitness, Health, and Sports which will bring all genres of gyms together for one month to implement health or any new sport trainings in the community.

TrainerVickk Received his degree in sports medicine and multiple nationally certifications under ace, nsca, and cfsc. Multiple seminars and conventions.
